KORCIEL Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Korciel website, mobile applications, or affiliated sales channels (collectively, the “Platform”). By placing an order with Korciel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable regional laws.

All orders placed on our Platform are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract between you and Korciel is formed only upon our issuance of an order confirmation, which may be delivered electronically. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Payment methods vary based on your location:

• For customers located within Lebanon, we exclusively accept cash on delivery payments to ensure secure and reliable transactions tailored to local preferences and infrastructure constraints.
• For customers placing orders from other countries, we accept online payments only, including major credit and debit cards, as well as supported digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay to provide a seamless and secure checkout experience.
• All payments must be completed in full prior to shipment unless the order qualifies for cash on delivery in Lebanon, which facilitates convenient payment upon receipt of goods directly at your doorstep.
