KORCIEL Terms of Service Agreement

1. Corporate Introduction & Legal Framework for Service Use

This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a binding legal contract entered into between you, the individual or entity accessing, using, or engaging with any property or service provided by Korciel, and Korciel itself, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, successors-in-interest, officers, directors, managers, employees, licensors, service providers, and agents (collectively referred to as “Korciel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Agreement governs and defines the conditions under which you are permitted to access, interact with, and utilize the suite of online commerce services, digital products, mobile applications, and technology platforms offered, maintained, or otherwise made available by Korciel, including but not limited to korciel.com (the “Site”), the Korciel mobile experience, all branded microsites, marketing integrations, APIs, embedded services, and third-party syndication channels (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”).

1.1. Binding Nature of Agreement

By accessing or using any component of the Service, including visiting our website, browsing our catalog, placing an order, submitting a form, engaging with customer service, or participating in Korciel’s digital programs, you hereby affirm that:

• You have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by the full scope of these Terms;
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or possess full legal capacity in your jurisdiction;
• You have the full power and authority to enter into this legally binding agreement and perform the obligations contained herein;
• Your use of the Platform will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and directives.

Should you disagree, in whole or in part, with any provision of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes shall be deemed full and knowing acceptance of all modifications.

• Compliance with consumer protection laws, including data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable statutes;
• Legal disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification structures necessary for the orderly operation of a modern online retail entity.

Korciel, as a digitally native brand with a global customer base, operates in full adherence to applicable trade, customs, privacy, and tax regulations and is committed to maintaining a commerce environment that is fair, predictable, and secure for all users.

1.3. Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement applies to and governs all aspects of your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• The creation and maintenance of user accounts;
• Browsing, selecting, and purchasing goods and services on the Korciel platform;
• Participation in promotional campaigns, referral programs, or loyalty offerings;
• Interactions with customer service representatives, chat features, or automated support channels;
• Submissions of feedback, reviews, or other user-generated content;
• Compliance with community standards, technology use limitations, and brand guidelines.
