KORCIEL Refund Policy

This Policy applies universally to all Customers who purchase products or services from Korciel, regardless of geographic location, and includes transactions made directly through Korciel’s platforms or authorized third-party partners.

2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The Customer must submit a refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date;
  • The product or service is defective, damaged, or materially not as described;
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided;
  • The product is returned in its original packaging and condition (if physical product applicable);
  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except if proven defective or faulty;

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, contact details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request;
  • If applicable, attach photos or evidence supporting your claim;
  • Return the physical product to the address provided by Customer Support (if applicable);
  • Allow up to 14 business days for your refund request to be reviewed and processed.

4. Refund Processing Timeline and Methods

Once a refund request is approved, Korciel will initiate the refund within 7 to 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, except where otherwise agreed.

  • Credit/Debit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank;
  • PayPal or other third-party payment processors will process refunds according to their timelines;
  • Shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error;
  • Partial refunds may be issued in cases of partial service delivery or used products.
